Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her fiancee London based businessman Raj Kundra will tie the knot on Sunday the 22nd Nov 2009.
Well the countdown is over of Shilpa Shetty’s marriage, today she will be marrying Raj Kundra in Lonavala, Mumbai. Bride and bridegroom invited only close friends and relatives for the wedding function
The wedding is scheduled on 22nd of this month and will be held at Shilpa shetty’s business partner Kiran Bawa’s farmhouse in Khandala.
The couple got engaged 24th October at Raj Kundra’s 7th floor Flat in Juhu, Mumbai.

The reception will be held in Mumbai on 24th of November. 
“I know everyone’s eager to know about the wedding date. All I can say is yes it’s been finalised and I will make an official announcement as soon as I know when Shamita’s coming out,” blogs Shilpa.
She admits that her sister Shamita who is locked in big boss 3 house will be shocked to hear about her engagement and writes, “I know Shamita will be shocked… she’ll kill me. Missed her more than words can describe but I’m sure she’ll understand! Can’t wait to show her my ring.”
Famous designer Tarun Tahiliani has designed clothes for Shilpa while Raj Kundra’s clothes are being designed by Shantanu and Nikhil.
Shilpa was looking gorgeous at the mehendi ceremony which held yesterday. She was wearing a pink Swarovski crystal studded kaftan while she as usual stunned everyone with her un traditional dress. Anarkali churidar kurta was the outfit she chose to wore for Ladies Sangeet. There were family members and friends of Shilpa in the sangeet event.
She will be wearing a traditional Bunt saree in burgundy and red for her wedding ceremony tonight. While she will wear a saree with 8,000 crystals stitched on it for Tuesday’s reception. Raj will wear a black sherwani for the reception.
Designer Nikhil said,
“Raj is wearing a black short sherwani and trousers. The sherwani has a lot of textures, applique and patterns, and muted Swarovski embroidery and crystals.”
