Ford’s Police Interceptor : Ford introduced the all new Police Interceptor before a crowd of law enforcement officials today in the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, she was working on a new SUV based on the police car it will unveil later this year.
The new Police Interceptor that Ford made today will replace the company’s iconic Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, which has dominated the sales of police cars several years ago.
Ford said the new car is more durable and perform better than the former Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. The new car is based on the same structure as the full Ford Taurus sedan will be built at Ford’s Chicago assembly plant.

Ford is offering a car with two different engines. The first is the 3.5-liter V6 engine with 263 horsepower, and the second is the 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine with 365 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.
